County Chamber is an accredited Chamber and can issue trade documentation to companies in Co. Tipperary seeking to export outside of the EU. Deciding to enter export markets is a nervous time for many companies.  Trading with partners overseas can be fraught with problems associated with documentation, customs and local business practices. Our staff are on hand Monday to Friday to assist businesses seeking to export overseas.

Since the early 1990’s companies have been able to export and import freely without documentation from other countries in the EU.  However exporters require documentation, typically a Certificate of Origin, from their local Chamber when they are exporting overseas.

There are two types of Certificates of Origin:
EU Certificates enable companies to export anywhere in the world with the exception of the 19 Arab League states.
Arab Certificates enable companies to export to any of the 19 countries in the Arab League.

County Tipperary Chamber can certify documents online using the TradeCert system.  To register for the system please contact County Tipperary Chamber on 052 61 26500.
