Training & Development Supports Benefits
County Tipperary Chamber Skillnet have the knowledge, expertise and resources available to guide you on the right path to Learning & Development.
We will help you identify skills gaps, source trainers, adapt content and provide funding to help you get the most out of your training.
Learning & Development is of paramount importance for:
Recruitment & Retention
94% of employees would stay at a company longer if they invested in their employees’ learning and development needs, according to LinkedIn, 2019.

Improved ROI
Another important statistic for fast-growing organizations is return on investment. Your company’s growth will be restricted unless its return on investment (ROI) continues to rise. L&D can, once again, have a significant impact on ROI.
Upskilling & Futureproofing
Many businesses believe that reorganising and futureproofing their operations is critical to their success, and that upskilling, and reskilling are necessary to achieve this. According to LinkedIn, 59% of L&D professionals globally identified Upskilling & Reskilling programmes as their top priority in 2021, into 2022.
