County Tipperary Chamber Skillnet continues to evolve our online training offerings and our funded training supports to companies within the Tipperary Region via funding from Skillnet Ireland.

We specialise in facilitating training in the areas of Management Development, Leadership, Professional Skills, amongst other courses. We also provide a wide range of funded or co-funded QQI accredited training courses, personal and professional development programmes, seminars and workshops.

February 11th - Workshop 1: Negotiating & Influencing Skills

This workshop will discuss techniques to enhance negotiation effectiveness and influence stakeholders positively. You will learn to apply negotiation models to navigate objections and smoothly achieve win/win outcomes. March 11th - Workshop 2: Five Generations, One Workplace

October 14th - Workshop 8: The Art of Transferring Knowledge & Skills

In a world where it is a requirement of all roles to continually learn, it is worth examining the way in which skills and knowledge are shared. Being effective at this can mean the difference between enabling competence and maximising confidence in others OR blocking competence and reducing confidence in others. Being able to pass on skills and knowledge in a practical and usable way has the following benefits for professionals, including:

– Less Learned Helplessness and stunted development among team members

– Increased motivation from being self-sufficient with accessing and using data

– Decreased frustration from delays or mistakes when trying to progress projects – particularly in a virtual capacity

November 11th - Workshop 9: Health, Wellness and the Modern Workplace

The modern workplace has changed dramatically, and with it, the way organisations think about their people. Supporting health and well-being is no longer an add-on, it’s central to building resilient teams and sustainable businesses. From embedding wellness into workplace culture, to offering flexibility that helps employees balance work and life, leaders are finding new ways to create environments where people can thrive. This session will explore practical strategies that prioritise employee well-being while strengthening long-term business performance.

FREE 1-hour online check-in/follow-up session for all participants who complete all 9 workshops. This session will provide an opportunity to reflect on key learnings and ensure that the knowledge and skills gained during the workshops are embedded effectively, supporting sustained improvement and enhanced performance.

Please note that all courses will be conducted contingent upon funding being received and achieving a sufficient number of enrolled learners. If the minimum enrolment threshold is not met, the course may be postponed or cancelled. Enrolled learners will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.

Training Cancellation Policy

Training courses which are cancelled over 7 days in advance of scheduled training date shall incur no cancellation fee. Training courses which are cancelled within 7 days of scheduled training date shall incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost. Registrants who give less than 24 hours notice or fail to attend training will be charged 100% of the full fee.
